national financial ombud scheme (nfo)

The National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) resolves financial services complaints fairly, impartially and efficiently while providing timely, informal and accessible alternative dispute resolutions services to both financial service providers and financial customers– at no charge to the complainant. The financial service providers within the NFO’s jurisdiction are those provided by their Participants, comprising Banks; Credit Providers; Short-Term Insurers (Non-Life Insurance) and Long-Term Insurers (Life Insurance).
