Notice is hereby given that with effect from 04 August 2023 the Ombud Council has approved the amendments to the governing rules of the JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE OMBUD SCHEME. The extracts from the JSE Equities rules; the JSE Derivatives rules; and the JSE Interest Rate and Currency Derivatives rules attached to this Notice comprise the approved governing rules of the scheme with effect from 04 August 2023.

This approval is granted in accordance with section 214(3)(a) of the Financial Sector Regulation Act (Act 9 of 2017)
